Break the rule? It that ok?

The time when it be ok to break the rule is when we have emergency. It’s ok to break the rule when we have emergency because if you don’t, you might get something bad. Example: When Ho Chi Minh City has a very large earthquake, you need drive in an excessive speed and pass the red light so we can survive. At that time, it’s ok to break the rule for any good reason so you don’t died in the earthquake. That why sometimes you can break the rule to do something good but don’t break the rules all the times, you may get in trouble.
